
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast (not active yeast)
1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon sea salt (or normal salt)
Grind in a spice grinder (or spices dedicated coffee grinder). Keep in the refrigirator. Taste a bit like parmesan. Very healthy. Sprinkle liberally over pasta or popcorn.
