
480 ml chick peas (cooked or in a can)
120 ml tahini
60 ml olive oil
80 ml fresh lemon juice
1 garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon salt
water (optional, if you need to make it less dense)
Optional: 2 teaspoons of cumin powder
Mix everything together with your hand blender and it's ready !
Can freeze very well.
