
1 big broccoli, cut in florets
1 big onion, chopped
Olive oil (about 1 or 2 tablespoon)
1 garlic clove
1 inch of fresh grated ginger
1 box (900 ml) of chicken stock (or vegetable stock)
1 or 2 carrots, sliced
Cayenne pepper to taste
Black pepper to taste
Cook onions in olive oil, on medium, for a few minutes. Add everything else. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Take off the stove and blend with a hand-blender.
Freezes very well.
